Questions About Family or Children's Dentistry?

- 1st missed appointment– Someone from our office will notify you of your missed appointment to determine if there were any extenuating circumstances.
- 2nd missed appointment – A fee of $45 will be charged to you. It WILL NOT be billed to your insurance.
- 3rd missed appointment – At this time, the patient will be dismissed from the practice.
Though we hope to retain all of our patients, there are times that patients must be transferred to another dental office. A perfect example of this is if a family is moving to another town or state, and we are no longer a convenient location for them to receive their dental care. If this situation arises, we are willing to print your records or transfer them electronically for a one time fee of $25.
Starting a good oral hygiene regimen with your children is very important as it will help develop a foundation that will carry into adulthood.
